    When i worked as a cook at the shanty there was a WHOLE lot of things that needed to be done. The salad bar was always great (Thanks to Gail) and the burgers were pretty good...if you had one of the experienced cooks. the only thing i can complain about is the pasta. the sauce is gross and the noodles were always starchy. but overall its a fun place to be and Paul had put in a lot to get this place to where it is now. =D
